sorry for not having pics on them being frozen but had to act really fast you can tell by the pics that i was a wreck by all the water that splashed all over the tank on the floor my couch everywhere

Did you tell them that you ordered fresh fish, and that frozen is just unacceptable? 
I joke only cause you did such a good job, and they are pulling through. Seriously, I would be giving that shipper one heck of an earful.

hey all... im not gonna hide, i was the seller..... complain, rant , yell or watever u want at me, i'll take all as suggestion as a learning experience 
this is the first time i brought my fish to a lfs to ship to a cold place so i didn't know they r that bad at packing
.... i hope all of you understand, theres always a first time for everything, and accidents DO have sometimes, really lucky the dats made it this time.
...and the thing is, i had my dad brought it to the lfs for shipping since i had school that morning , so i didnt witness the packing and stuff myself so i really couldn't do anything while i was stuck in class..... hope yall understand, i did my part as best as i could ( made sure they are in best condition before shipping, up to the point where it was handed to the lfs) .....

Good save. Did you learn from the guy who posted about doing that and everyone got on him about it?

i dont mind if everyone gets on me ... its all valuable learning experience for me : ) .... and it wasnt like totally my fault since i did my part, the lfs didnt, as a supposedly well known LFS , THEY should know how to pack and ship... but then i admit it was partially my fault for not being the actual person there to see them pack properly and load onto the truck , but im only a student x_x i have school 25 miles from the lfs ... they take fish in the morning and ship it out in the afternoon and i had no way to get to the lfs to witness the packing process ...
no learned it from other threads and books and please nobody hate on the shipper he is a nice guy an came out to tell all of us he is the seller it happened i saved them thats all that matter to me now
it happens but now you understand why i did not want to ship you my babys so you wouldnt go thru this
