Actually 3rd chance :( i think im too kind.. and now im tired of backing him up... if i remember correctly the first banned was for throwing out racist remark..

You are and most of us are gracious for it.. only a small percent take advantage of it..
 
Once you say racial remarks, it is over. You will always be known as a rasicist, know matter how many times you appologize. The remarks you said will be remembered here, and everywhere else you go. It will never be ok and I dont appriciate it.

Here is an example. You were accused of being a child molester. You took a lie detector test, and passed. You went to court, and were found not guilty. Know matter what, your name will always be tainted. Do you think anyone will EVER trust you to run a day care, even though the you were innocent? No.

I dont think it is acceptable what he did, and I think the ban was the right thing to do.

So if I make a false accusation against you, what whould happen?


Your theory is very flawed............very flawed.


And to answer your question, he could still apply and receive a license to run a daycare. An unsustantiated accusation holds no weight in acourt of law.:D
 
Lets look at it this way.
Say you were permanently banned for being a prick. You apologized, kissed ass, and begged to come back. 6 months later you pull the same **** and act like a prick again. Do you think anyone is going to feel sorry for you?


I was pissed when the ass kissing began (as seen in this thread). I guess I saw the future in 1080p
