Once you say racial remarks, it is over. You will always be known as a rasicist, know matter how many times you appologize. The remarks you said will be remembered here, and everywhere else you go. It will never be ok and I dont appriciate it.

Here is an example. You were accused of being a child molester. You took a lie detector test, and passed. You went to court, and were found not guilty. Know matter what, your name will always be tainted. Do you think anyone will EVER trust you to run a day care, even though the you were innocent? No.

I dont think it is acceptable what he did, and I think the ban was the right thing to do.

The whole story lost me... the rest makes sense...not sure what you meant in the story... sounded like you were saying it is bad what he said and he deserved his fate, but the story makes it sound like he did not make statements and was banned for nothing... but we all know that is not what you meant....

I personally love finding threads with banned people and piece together why it happened... makes me feel like I have a clue what the mods are doing and why...

Who's defending Ryan??? I was defending his Dovii. I just said his Dovii was an F0 when you were bashing on it saying it wasn't. What Ryan said was wrong in my book but he's still a friend. He hasn't wronged me yet. But that's besides the point. If you hate the guy and hate his guts, then hate him but but don't bash his fish. And to answer your question, he could still apply and receive a license to run a daycare. An unsustantiated accusation holds no weight in acourt of law.

Unfortunatly, unsubstantiated accusations do often follow you and effect you for a long time. I was once (years ago) arrested for armed robbery, while in jail they caught the guy who actually did it. I was released with no charges being pressed but it still shows up as an arrest on my record anytime they run a security check.
