Too good of a deal to pass up?

I figured all of that pricing out and that is why I offered him $45 - I think I may have offended him, or he thinks he has something worth way more than it is. I don't mind the work, but you guys are all right, I can't spend that much for a piece of crap tank plus the supplies. He hasn't gotten back to me yet haha.... I am still looking, but I was really skeptical about not taking the deal but I realize how much $ I would be sinking into it.
