best I got was a 13 kill streak on Halo 2 at tournament level, with 6 headshots, but my opponents were no where near these guys' level

So maybe its just me but I think its crap that MLG is so big that ESPN is now showing coverage. Oh well. Check out this video. These guys are insane.

you think it's crap? you must live in America (like me haha). Gaming is HUGE in most asian countries and threatening to take over as national sport in some. American, as always, is just catching on the the trend that the rest of the world has already noticed.

what do you define as sport? any comptetition? One that requires athletes who subjugate themselves to intense physical and mental training? An athletic activity requiring skill or physical prowess and often of a competitive nature (webster). Technically, MLG is a sport by definition, albeit loosely. I agree that ESPN shouldn't cover this regularly, but I see no harm in showing the occasional tournament results or top plays. Maybe the final match.

BTW, I think ESPN should really expand their coverage beyond the big 3 (basketball, baseball, football). I would like to see some football (soccer) beyond the occasional 30 second clip of ESPN desportes at the end of sportscenter. They totally ignore MLS

haha way off buddy. check this http://www.nationmaster.com/graph/hea_obe-health-obesity.
Obesity rates by country. The two biggest gaming countries, Korea and Japan, Have the lowest obesity rates while United States has highest. Maybe we should be playing a little more Halo 3 haha.
