Well owning someone is slavery but in some third world countries I’m pretty sure its legal still or that its not enforced that much.
Funnily enough, or maybe not so funny, it used to be totally legal to own a human as a "pet", sort of. It was called slavery, but that is a subject that's best left alone.
I agree. It is inhumane to have someone work for you. But off such a dark topic, another one of my pets would be Peacocks and Porcupines. They are just so damn cute!!

Not yet, I put a down payment on him. Its a payment plan, I made the down payment to get him on hold and I make small payments till December 1st.
I can work my normal job and get enough money to buy a golden shepherd puppy in 36 times less of the amount of time it takes to produce a gecko that has a co dominant gene with a lethal super form and two recessive genes. Plus no startup cost, or buying another one.
Golden shepherd puppies from breeders are only $500, so it's not too much of a stretch. It's less of an out of reach dream, more of a "I sure would love to have a perfect dog like that"
