Please answer the Tank size question. Most everyone here would hate for you to doom any fish you decide to get by throwing them in a tank not suitable for two fish. You realize that, in a small tank, your established RD will not allow any fish to recover from the initial stress, right? so you can get a Dovii and it will get killed. Also, two aggressive fish in a tank by themselves are very difficult to manage because the aggression will not be spread out. One will eventually kill the other.

If you do have a large enough tank, many of the fish mentioned on this thread would be well suited for your RD.

yup its always fun and plus i just wanted to find a mean fish to put with my red devil im going with a wolf cichild for now im guna try it out

Why? Do you actually think that mean + mean = peaceful or even possible cohabitation? Or are you looking for them to battle?

imo 1. DOVII ( OF COURSE!) 2. GT (mine is a monster) 3. Yellow Labs (there small but mine 3.5" whipped a 6-7" oscar almost to death but he stopped finnaly) thats my opinion

I watched a T.Buttikoferi square off with a RBP and rip off it's bottom jaw.. it sucked when it happened but afterwards its a crazy story to tell.. happened to ronburgandy here, was MESSSSSED up. happened so fast
thats why Butti will always be on my list. along with a breeding Dovii, LOL NEVER mess with that.. you think Cons can get mean, OH boy.
