TOTAL F&#&^$G DISASTER!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
OMFG Phil!!!!! I feel your pain :( Especially what you are going through now.

I don't understand why fish equipment fails when people are not home. It's like it has a sensor that detects no one is home and is time to break down. :(

Howdy,

That sucks. I also lost some fish this weekend, but by no means to the extend of your loss. That can make a grown man's eyes water!

Use two smaller pumps instead of a single pump.

Try to eliminate single points of failure.

That way you can lose a pump and not have it be a disaster.

{*sigh*} Just found the RTCxTSN jammed in the driftwood - dead. That makes 8 fish now.

I just returned from the taxidermist. The titanic royal and the uranoscopus looked OK after hosing them off so, I'm having them mounted. The tigrinus and mbus will receive skull preps... later. The S. chuatsi is too FUBAR to preserve it in any fashion.

I went out of town for 7 days last week and had my Marineland Penguin 200 freeze up. It's only a 30 gallon tank so not nearly your loss. I can't say I even understand how you feel... but I can say that I'm sorry. :(

I just joined MFK and already I'm sad!

Sorry man, you have my condolences, Im still getting over the loss of my one eel.

Dammit!! Murphy needs to hang around someone else's fishroom for a while. I drained the 650 down to its' tightie-whities and found one fish alive. In fact, he's in great shape and his caudal trailers have grown to over 2". Murphy kept him alive because he's the only fish in that tank I didn't pay for. He's an extra that Miles sent me with my last order. In all the blood and rot, he looks like a very fat and happy L090.
