toyota supras

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Those supra's are great cars. HEAVY though. It's more of a straight line, top speed car. Don't expect it to be too nimble unless you put some $ into suspension. It was a great car in it's era and it's still good but a little technologically behind some of the modern "fast" cars.

Unless you are sending me your college money then Im just getting ideas right now. Where in the hell have you been anyways?

what gets me is how clean these cars are, when you see one that looks almost ol skool, or straight from the 80's

Cool car, but as most of the people said it's ridiculously heavy. From that era try looking for a 95-97 Celica GT. Cheap and awesome looking cars.

Why do people keep saying these are heavy, they are only a few pounds heavier than any other 6 cylinder RWD vehicle from japan. In stock form, they are a little underpowered even with the turbo, so they might seem heavier, but in reality, they are no heavier. I had a friend that had one of these deep into the 12s while still being his daily driver, it was a quick car and looked pretty sweet with just some nice rims and being lowered.

92 supra turbo
3535 lbs

98 supra TT
3505 lbs

350z
3449 lbs

90s 300ZX Turbo
3504 lbs

And just to compare that to the American "sports cars" of that era:

95 Mustang GT 3565 lbs @ 240 hp (V8)
95 Camero Z28 3306 lbs @ 270 hp (V8)

Similar weights, similar power but it took American cars 2 extra cylinders to do it.
