Hello, I recently got a baby giant snakehead, around 15 cm. At the moment, it only eats live food, but I've been trying to get it to eat pellets. Does anyone know how I could do this? Its in a 100 gallon tank with 2 young oscars, a small pleco, and a bichir thats also 15 cm.

I've starved him for a week, and no luck. He stays at the bottom and only comes up for air. At one point, he did attack the pellet, but spat it out.
He's not gonna starve himself. I've had fish not eat for months....

Until he gets hungry enough. And yes it's fine a lot of people on this forum use this method.

Since I have other fish in the tank, I'm afraid it will try to eat the other fish. Also I'm planning to get an arowana next week. Are there any other ways to get it to eat pellets? Like tricking it to eat it?
Agreed just dont offer anything else he'll come around when hungry enough.
You are absolutly right though , while hungry he may turn on tankmates. While on the subject tankmates are a bad idea. One day it'll snap and kill everything...they alway do!

Yeah I'm getting worried about the tankmates, so I'll probably be getting it to eat meal worms and frozen food.
