Good luck with your fish, I (and all fishkeepers) know how very vexing and stressing it can be. My first try with U. fernandezyepezi ended abruptly due to this ... that cost me more hair and sanity than 3 kids!

Get the temperature up for sure as far as you can with the fish still being comfortable...84-86 degrees...I wouldn't go any higher. Salt works but I always underdose because I have a lot of scaleless fish. I sometimes use organic ich meds that are actually cheaper for bigger bottles that dose large amounts of water because I don't like adding too many chemicals..it tends to just stress the fish out. The parasites should leave the host with the higher temperature because it speeds up the cycling process...there's really nothing else to do. Good luck

QC has worked well for me in the past, but not this time. Maybe if I treated in a quarantine setup it would have done the trick.

My temp is at 89F and holding, as is the ICK. Today is the first day that it has really shown signs of ceasing its assault. There are fewer spores on one multispinosa and the red humps are all holding eggs now. All three female. Unreal. I think they would breed in a damn bag if they were in it long enough!!
 
I can finally report that the ICK is now completely gone. No losses. Thank goodness.
