[*]hey did you keep these alot,i dont see them at all anymore in shops.do you have any info on keeping them, just kidding on that part.but you did keep them, just wondering if they are found captive bread alot or not.[/LIST]

I've only personally kept one; she was the dwarf species, which was cool since she maxed out at like 24".

I see the viper boas every once in a while in shops and shows, and occasionally a Bibrons. I think they're probably the most popular of the genus because they look so much like a venomous snake (very close to a cottonmouth to the layman).

Like I said before, its hard to compare their coloration to that of a carpet, GTP or ETB, or even an ATB...but I will say they're just as easy as caring for a carpet or ATB without the latter's snappy rep.

Amazon's are handleable. ;)

I'm thinking this is the route I am going to go. What should I be looking out for. I want a dwarf I think so what is the name, locale, variation I should ask for? Thanks. BTW this is going to be a while lol.

Its tricky since, to a layman, many of the species look very much alike, except the viper boa and the Bibron's, The species is C. carinata carinata, I think. I'll get back with you on the specifics.
