Huchen (Hucho Hucho) is closer to salmon. It is also as danube salmon named. The title is a bit misleading since most of these are char, but I think it’s ok since many of the popular “trout” in North America are char (brook trout, lake trout, bull trout).

According to the internet...which is, of course, never wrong...that is a Cyprinid. Doesn't have an adipose fin, doesn't even resemble an actual trout.
