Insurance called today with a settlement amount. We don't come out ahead but I guess we can't complain. We paid a base of $20,000(not counting T,T & L and interest) which came out to around $25,000-$26,000.

The insurance will pay us $19,000. Which is about right for one that is for sale in about the same condition.

The signing will take place in the next few days.

The one we picked out is about $25,000 and will get 20-26MPG compared to 15MPG from the truck. I'm still going to miss it though.

Sticker price was $30,015 but we got them down to $26,700
