Beatifull but fragille species. The nice thing about this species, is that they love to swim the whole tank and not only the botom.

Love Plesiotrygon :D Wish they were easier to keep.. You will have to keep us updated on if these stay smaller like the black-tailed variety supposedly does.

Never seen an import with such intact tails, exporter did a good job!

What country did they come from?

are you sure, that they are still alive..........

A friend of mine from switzerland has one, which is already here for at least one year. But it is the only one, which I know that lasted such a long time and it's still doing very well.
He always tried to get a counterpart, but the new ones of diverse Importers always died very soon :(

The rays where importet from Peru, and are all still alive and eating well.. :)

Well, I was told that some max out at just 25 cm!! while others stop growing at 40 cm.. So they should stay small.. :)
