We had fun with this one at the 2011 NW meet. Labelled as "Cichlid".

Well the most common form of color morphing Vieja/Paratheraps is the fenestratus. I'd say it's one of the fenestratus "pink" aka "Catemaco" that has retained some of it's original color.
 
I would have to guess V. Hartwegi. Is it pure?
