i would go to different fish stores and get one from each or grab a few noticable males from one and few noticable females from another.

Your fish are big enough to breed and your food is too big, and you overfeed horendously, I have seen convicts breeding in Petsmart tanks all the time.
I used to breed some convicts for feeders for my piranhas, then I put the little guys in the piranha tank and then the babies started breeding in the piranha tank.
You keep stingrays but you have never spawned convicts? WOW

Do you notice pink on the belly of the female? If so, then they will breed. And it will be a wise idea to crush the pellets.

I think it don't matter. I have brothers breeding with sisters, sisters breeding with brothers. But they all get fed to my bass.Deaths Sting;2926614; said:
