Trying to decide on eel (M. dayi vs M. ellipsifer vs M. moorii)

Very awesome looking eel!

So it's been almost a year since I got my little guy. He hasn't grown much surprisingly, or maybe not. I've been trying to get him on pellets this whole time with no success. It's basically given in and accepted he'll only be eating worm like things forever. So earthworms and blood worms it is. Still healthy and happy and putting on some chunk, just no length.
