The driver of a vehicle upon a highway with separate roadways need not stop upon meeting or passing a school bus which is on a different roadway or when upon a controlled-access highway and the school bus is stopped in a loading zone which is a part of or adjacent to such highway and where pedestrians are not permitted to cross the roadway.

Yes but go and read the link to your own Drivers manual... And see what it says on page 48 about the subject ;)

If he shows up in court and the officer doesn't, he wins. Several of my friends in Idaho got off that way...but that's Idaho.

That thing you posted still implies that there is a median. It says two serperate raodways that are divided or something like that, meaning that there is a median. Your done. Pass Fail.

the section you're quoting is referring to a divided roadway. if there was a median you are fine. if this was a 4 lane roadway with no divider you broke the law.

There are 3 things that need to not be present at this hearing for him to win...

Officer.. MINIMAL... Doesn't really matter IF the bus driver shows up... And then there are the pictures directly form the Buses log.
