Here is the situation. I was wanting a good size Rhom to add to my collection and JP found someone selling a 10"+ Rhom in my state. We are negotiating a deal atm but I now know the living conditions of the sellers rhoms.
He has a 10" and a 11" rhom both sharing a 40g breeder. I asked him how come they are sharing tanks and he told me he just got rid of a 55 the 11" rhom use to live in so now he has to get rid of one
. The seller told me that rhom's at this size dont move around much so they dont need a large tank
.
From the eggcrate seperating the two, here is a photo of the one I want to save. I hear both have busted up chins from trying to get to each other.
and here is this rhom's new castle if the deal goes through.
48x24x30 He will be King of his castle with victims once in awhile.
Poor Fish.
