tsn dying

i had this guy for a monthe from 3 to 5 inches now the lil guy has some white stuff on his head and they seem uneasy. and i dont want see them die yesterday thewy were eating very well there in a 55 gallon although i have a pond there still young to go in there pls help
 
thats the problem i thought about i changed the to 20 percent and i moved the tsn in a big pucket and put a oxygenator in there pls hope for the best guys
 
i cannot take pics now cause i dont have a camera the tsns whiskers are starting to rot and eyes very cloudy.
help pls i dont want him to die

Don't use "rid ich" if you are not sure what you are treating. Raise the temp to 86 degrees and add 1/2 salt to your tank.

are sure that is going to work i am keeping them in bucket. the tanks temp is 84 degrees it should be fine so what salt should i add
