I think your tank is already overstocked. I would get something bigger before you consider adding fish. The bioload from the turtles is already going to be high and effect the water chemistry.
I think you're right. That turtle does look like a mix of Red Eared and Yellow Bellied Slider. But the result is an intergrade and not a hybrid since both species are just different subspecies of Trachemys scripta.
