Haha watch out for this guy ^^^ he's a troublemaker.. LOL JK Darboy is a good guy and has a ton of nice cichla. He owes us some updates! ;)


BTW nice 2 spots.. I'm going to be the odd man out and say that they are probably monoculus/ocellaris hybrids. That is usually what all 2 spot cichla turn out to be. 2 spot orinos will usually have 3 spots on one side and 2 spots on the other.

Cichla are aggressive fish. There will always be one bully of the group and one will always be what everyone calls the "whipping boy" or the "runt" of the group. This is a hierarchy that cichla form and it is best to keep them in groups.

its cool that you got this fish keep us updated hopefully it turns out nice... i dunno either too if they are orinos.. depends also on what batch this guy came in with..... may possibly be a mono/ocell hybrid like what boosten says or also a two spot orino like what the fellas say.. all im sure of is i don't wanna cause any trouble anymore haha just being nice and respectful to everyone especially the ladies :)
