wow.. my first 2 fire eels did nothing but bicker, and eventually one killed the other. But I think he was also sick. so that may or may not have something to do with it. I bought 2 more in hopes of spreading out any aggression of the original one left. and So far it's worked. They've found a pecking order it seems and 2 of them will snuggle up during the day while the 3rd has a spot on the other side of the tank. since only the original slightly bigger one gets aggressive toward the loner and not both of the pair I'm assumeing. either the males are territorial or the females... not both. I do plan on seperateing the loner out eventually and trying to breed mine
