So you guys are saying a 10g is too small for two half inch fish? THE TANK IS A GROWOUT I CANNOT PUT THEM IN THE 55G, IF I DO THEY WILL BE EATEN USE COMMON SENSE.

Of course you shouldn't put them in the 55g now.

What's the plan? Your 55g is already too small for the fish in it. You are going to move fish in the 30g in it? Then these GTs if they are fortunate enough to grow up?

What's the plan?

Geting rid of all fish in 55g, buying 125g for Jag in a few months, geting rid of flowerhorn, moving all fish accept jag and FH to 55g in about three weeks.

Your parents are not going to let you. Wanna bet?

It's not all your fault. Your parents should have taught you to be more responsible.

But until then, it is best that you don't keep fish at all.

Hey man you need to decide on what you want to keep, and realize that you can't keep everything that you want. I've noticed that you are constantly rotating fish.

If I were in your situation right now I'd probably get rid of everything and do something cool with the 55 aquascaping wise and then get the two green terrors. I know that tank isn't big enough for two gt's that are mature, but that'll take a while.

Every time you ask a question your stock lists get worse. Very knowledgable people are trying to help you, and you argue with them and do what you want anyway. It seems like its not even worth trying to help you...

2 GT's will not be fine in a 55. one GT is barely fine in a 55. contrary to what Bell said Gt's do not take long to hit 6-7", only a few months, and this is when they begin finding their aggression. once one hits that then its good night for the other in the 55. unfortunately fish do not read the same books we do.

and yes the 10g gallon is obviously too small for 2 half inch GT's if one is constantly hounding the other. yes the chasing is normal when you throw 2 potentially aggressive fish in a tiny glass box like you keep doing.

you knew that these types of fish are off limits for your tanks and yet you continue. you need to learn some self-control and quit this routine you seem to have. some very experienced people are bothering to take time out of their day to try to help you and when its not to your liking you get all argumentative with them. you should appreciate that they bother to do this and listen to them rather than argue when they say something that doesnt fall in line with your thinking.

Through time the fishes will iron themselves out. Just keep the ones that you like around...

GTs don't mix well together.

So your parents wont let you return fish because they cost too much money but they will let you buy more fish. A 10 gallon can grow out ONE GT for 1 or 2 months. Even a small GT will eliminate the weaker fish if there is not enough room to establish a territory. What you want to hear is all will be fine and you are doing a great job. Maybe if you put the dominate GT in timeout he will learn his lesson...Everytime you post I wonder how many more people like you are out there...try a google search on the fish you would like and you will see you cant care for any of them!!!

We keep trying to help you but you're not paying attention to us. You ask us questions, I imagin because you feel we know enough to help. I know I spent some time with you last week about an almost identical topic. I think this may be a case where you need to learn the hard way for yourself.

Good luck to you in your future fishkeeping endevors.
