My boss asked me to take care his Scleropages formosus which hasn't eaten for a month. We've fed it with live fishes and shrimp but after catching the prey he will pray it immediately even we tried with new food (worm). I wonder if he has parasite in his mouth or he dislike his food. All environment conditions are kept in well and his figure still in good no outer signal of disease. Could u guys give me some advices

Thanks

I would say that this thread is useless and pointless. Why... let me explain...

First of all, such information would and should be general enough to be a "sticky" thread and if it is good to enough to be sticky thread, it is likely to be in the forum already. Indeed it is. The person who started this thread did not check this. Sticky threads are easily spotted as they are the top listed messages in a forum/subforum. There is already info right here in this forum. Check this out --> http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?478012-Feeding-Your-Arowana

So, isn't it pointless??

Secondly, it is not detailed enough. It is definitely less informative than the existing sticky thread on arowana food in this subforum.

Thirdly, it is not enough to just put the author' name at the end. If someone writes something useful, give REAL credit by posting a link to the original page or to the author's home page. This would help the reader to be able to explore the author's website to see if any related and/or useful available written by the same author. Putting a simple "Billy Lim" at the end doesn't help in this aspect. Also, there are likely to be many people with the name "Billy Lim" so a web search isn't going to be helpful in finding the correct one --- the original writer.

Just my opinion on this thread.

And my opinion on the last posts in particular...they are pointless. Did any of you bother to look at the date on it?

:duh: What's pointless?

Firstly this thread predates the stickys by quite a few years

Secondly the original post has more detailed info in it then what you have contributed to this from in all your posts combined.

Thirdly this is the original page the OP is the author.
