uh... I'm 18.......

Yeah I still have some extra patching stuff for the pond, I just need to find the leak. I thought I had found it before I filled the pond but I guess I didnt. Oh well. The pond will have to wait till tomorrow, I have to go to work.

Then it's an ok job for 18yr old

I guess I need to resize my text (wonder if I can get extra large)...

I thought you looked too smart for a 15yr old :D .

Enough of that...

Is the leak obvious or are you going to have to let it leak down to its level?

I let it leak down but it has been unusually hot here the last few days so I couldnt tell if it was evaporation or leakage after a certain point. I really didnt want to bother finding the leak so I went and bought a whole new liner. I got 10'x15' and its way to big, but thats good. I expanded a little more with my new found liner and rebuilt everything. I tried to get it all done but I ran out of daylight. Its looking really good and the waterfall is 10 times better this time around. I am really excited to get this pond going, its so much better than I expected. I really just need to find some fish to put in it. I really want to put my oscar in it but I fear he will die without a heater on all the time. I will get a thermometer and check to see if the water would be livable for him in the summer.
Here are some pictures of the days contruction effort for you guys:

pretty much finished the pond today. I added another waterfall with another pump. It is much weaker than the main waterfall though. Here are some pictures of the pond as it sits right now. any suggestions on what else I should do with it?

The second waterfall collapsed because I made it in a hurry and without the needed rocks. It is finished now. I had to go get some garden stones at fred meyer and they worked great, they support the second waterfall with the ypmost awesomness. Its looks so good! I cant wait to possibly, maybe, in the future, put my oscar in the pond.
Also, where could I find those fish that eat misquitoes? I have heard of them but I cant find them anywhere, and I really dont want misquitoes breeding in my pond.

Check with your agricultural extension agent...they're used by the government in many states (dropped from planes). I see them on ebay and some other fish sites buy they are expensive there.

Here they're in anything over a cup of water. I've got some over 2" now.

Oh, next pic wet down all the rock so we see some color.

Thank you, I will, to late now maybe in the morning. I might not go through the hassle of getting th misquito eaters, I saw some tablets at I think it was petsmart that keep misquitos from breeding in the water, might try those. I just dont know right now, its 2 am and I have class tomorrow........
