Seriously, who knows, and who cares? The young offenders act is whack here, and the charges if real sound inflated. So what, at best someone got a minor cut on their neck from a knife. Nobody got murdered, nobody died.

Lmaoo either way this guy is a clown posting a pitty party vid about having a rough life. Man this same story applies to millions of people. I never understood his cult like following.

Cult like followings happen all the time and often times we are all guilty of it. Just for different things.

Our beliefs are part of what makes you, you. If people just abandoned that anytime someone disagrees we would have a very fake society.

I really dont care about the Joey part. More the differences in the criminal justice system. My wife is like just drop it too. So I'll do some research on my own when I'm not working, doing fish stuff or dog stuff or house work or mfk stuff. Lol

I guess the only thing I dont understand is that IF this happened why did the charges get dropped? It would have been a criminal case not civil so the cops had evidance even if the witness dropped out that still would have gone to trial here and with his supposed background hed probably have gone to jail. Any help from a Canadian that may understand your laws? RD. RD.

If the witnesses don't show up the case gets dropped in America almost always.

They case doesnt get dropped in a criminal in a civil yes. The defendant may beat the charges if the witness doesnt show up but the case isnt adjourned without even starting if there is evidence. Like i said it really doesnt matter anyway its most likely all lies.

That is factually inaccurate. If witnesses are crucial to a case and they don't show up then the case is dismissed.

Well he basically hasn’t posted since and since going to “daily” videos he’s missed most of the past week. I know nothing about the guy except he’s got a good manner on YouTube without coming across on camera being a complete utter db like that kid from Florida and also unlike that kid he actually knows quite a bit about how to keep fish and generally imparts correct information to his viewers. I think it’s obvious that he’s personally a “ work in progress “ and I have no doubt he’s aware of that. What’s important is he’s introducing a whole lot of new and younger people into the hobby and he’s doing that in an informative and entertaining way.

I didn't watch the video that started all this thread, honestly I have only watched a few of his vids ever in my life, but I get the jest from reading some replies here. Rather than wondering if its true or not, what you should be asking yourself is why in the world people these days feel the need to share such personal things with complete strangers?? True or not either way it shows a real lack of common sense and lack of character.

I'm far from an old guy, but at 47 I'm not a young person either, but I can't help but wonder at what point in the evolution of society so many people changed to this attention seeking share everything with total strangers mentality. It's fine to share things we have in common and/or like that make life more enjoyable. It's another thing though to feel the need to spill your personal life with people whom you couldn't even pick out of a small crowd. Makes no sense to me.
