I might take them for a while after the 90 is done and the CAs are moved to the 125. I don't know, I'd be really nervous they'd die or something. Can't handle the pressure! :D

I don't even know exactly what my ph will go down to, it immediately goes to 6.0 with the API liquid tests on tanks I don't use crushed coral in. Would be interesting to actually know...

Nice problem to have... I keep telling you to buy a group of Uaru fernandezyepezi!!!

Gymnogeophaus gymnogenyes "Catalin Grande"

Hi!!, this one is not a G.gymnogenys.....even if it belongs to the Group....this one is a Gymnogeophagus n.sp. "Cuareim".....maybe the same sp. as G.n.sp "Catalán Grande".....but diff populations...

:D

You have amazing taste! I have x8 adult S. acuticeps coming next week. I have never kept S. lilith or S. daemon though :( We likely are keep the same generation S. mapiritensis for the record.

There are many regional variants of S. leucosticta. Some IMO should and hopefully will be broken up and reassigned soon. Every species of S. leucosticta has to some degree spanging on the flanks. S. mapiritensis have no spangling on the flanks (especially under the dorsal) that is the fist thing I look for. If there is any spangling under the dorsal, that rules out S. mapiritensis. S. leucosticta also have a less sloped head profile and smaller lips as adults. Yours are some of the nicest leuco's I've seen. Are they wild caught? They look WC Guyana to me.
