I'm kinda with you on the Penn thing, I'm more of a GSP guy myself. I dont dislike Penn, and I certainly respect his fighting skills which really are phenomenal, he's one of those "born" fighters I think. Unfortunately those kind of guys sometimes dont spend enough time in the weight room, and I think Penn is one of those guys. If he would get in there and train a little more I think he would be the class of his...well....class. :D

I always liked him, but then again I like Hughes too. Don't think either are cocky, just confident. Got to remember too, a lot of it is hype, during those pre-fight "interviews", they are told you talk **** and look mean. Lot of those pansies in TUF didn't want to train hard, that guy this season that Hughes roughed up a bit for being to rough was MUCH worse that Hamil in practice.

I agree though, though his stand up has improved remarkably, and he can take down people with ease with his wrestling, he seems utterly lost when he gets them down, he has got to improve his ground game.

What I love about him is hes like a wolf, never stops coming. He chased Bisping like a rodent, never let off.

Randy is saying that Dana is trying to rip him off and how he doesn't get paid as much as other fighters...and that's why he wants out of the UFC. Dana came back and was showing how much Randy got paid...something like 2.9 mil for the year...for only 3 fights. Dana is mad with Randy's new agent...he thinks this guy is putting a bunch of bs in Randy's head...making him Hollywood. The UFC has put down a lot of money to promote Randy...and for some reason he wants paid for these advertisement spots. :screwy:

Both sides have held press conferences...and Dana and the UFC's was much more believable.

I am kind of pissed at Couture now.
