Not really a big fan of some of the tilapia species. Same with the big gray pike cichlid from venezuela. I don't firemouth really either.

There are few others that are big with pointy heads big lips and just look mean and nasty.

those are ugly fish IMO

There are some nice ones. But 95% of the ones I see IMO are bland, pale and boring looking.

I don't really dislike any cichlid, but if i had to choose, festivums would be at the bottom of my list. I don't think i will ever own them, they just don't appeal to me.

i think polleni are ugly. Gold jack dempseys, 5 star general. thats all thats on my head.

That hurts. Severums are so cute but my husband makes fun of my severums. I know not everyone loves them. whats wrong with the EBJD hes a JD but blue do you think the normal JD are ugly?

Oh well its all in the eye of the beholder.
