Drink more? LMAO

I couldn't have rays in my bedroom. IF they didn't have something to do on the bottom like blowing in sand or slammin rocks they'd be bobbing up and down at the surface seeing how hard they can slap the water's surface.

What was wrong with sand?

i was thinking the same thing about the sand. i think sand is looks awesome and not noisy at all

Maybe you could stick the sand to the bottom.... Not sure if the rays would skin themselves up on the new grip tape though...

I think this would look amazing if you could figure out a good means of sticking it.

Watch after this is done the rays will be able to proprel themselves into the glass hard enough to "knock".....:ROFL::ROFL:

I have always slept with a fan for the white noise. Maybe you should try that then you won't hear the gravel

That is me, I use a 20" box fan. I can't here anything worth listening to except when my dog
barks to alert me.

Nice rays you have there kida:headbang2

Looked at the first post link from when you changed to gravel....not for me sorry, i love the sand look natural colour, not seen and other actualy.

I am thinkingon getting some very small gravel, i dont know the grades of the substrate but i hav eseen some in my LSF, it is 1/4 the way between sand and standard gravel, i would say 1.5mm in size, dont know the size in imperial, an dto early to work out LOL.

Have you tryed out that size gravel? I dont think it would stick to the rays as bad as sand either and be as nosiey as gravel, i could be wrong but will be good to find out, not that the noise bit is a problem to me but for you it could soften the noise a bit.

Too bad you had to go bare though.

Funny as in ?

I went today to my LFS and seen some of the fine gravel, it says 2mm-3mm, does look smaller actualy, it wasnt called gravel but tank substrate, they also did black sand but i would like to try the more course stuff.
