When you order in fish these days your looking at £80 just in frieght per box. Goota include that in your mark up.

Have you got an import license sorted? As you're likely to get caught importing these.

its what on the list i havent got a licens i just sell them on helping out my mate has 1 though im waiting to see how its going at first as he owns a LFS and he sorts them coming in .

I don't think you're aware of the implications surrounding importing and selling.

The prices you've given, are they landed prices or preshipping prices as these are two completely different things. An RTC at 16" would need it's own box, that's instantly going to make it more than £35...

If you're using this as a source of income, you have to declare it for tax reasons.

Selling to shops is unlikely to work as almost all shops have their own trusted suppliers already, why would they change?
