So what you're saying is it's not you importing them at all. You're just listing them for a shop...
no i place the shipments people ask for aswell but he ships them in for me im going to see how it sells if it dosent work it saves me money so its all ok atm untill i get a importing for good if it works then i get my own 1

Are you importing these fish? If so what you are doing is illegal. You are only allowed to import for private collection purposes unless you have the associated licensing.
If you are selling for a shop why make yourself out as an importer.

If you want my opinion mate, stay out of these things until you know what you're doing. There are some hefty fines involved if you do things wrong and it's a reasonably complicated procedure.
If you are selling stuff for your friend say that, don't call yourself an importer, when your only contact is the guy up the street, it is very misleading.
