I have a 30 gallon and i dont want to update this tank so what fish would be able to stay in a 30 for life that is very agressive preditory fish?

I was gonna say Congo puffer too--it's an "ambush predator". They look cool & bury thenselves in the sand, up to their eyeballs & when food goes by, it leaps out & eviscerates it, belly 1st. Mine drew blood from me the other day.

They come in several color morphs. It took me 4 years to find a nice, bright red one though:
