I agree, anyone interested in a 30 gallon mini monster should look into these. These are brightly colored, active puffers, and can eat right through shells ect.

i think a rainbow wolf would be fine as a single specimin in a 30 gallon...they are really inactive, being only active when they eat. as long as theres alot of water changes and the water parameters are kept at the fish's requirements, then i think it would be fine
 
IMO, Congo Puffers are rather boring. Just sit around all day. Don't get me wrong, they look awesome, but I'd want a fish that actually does something.
