Went and bought $500 worth of schd 80 pipe and fittings this afternoon ..........

still dont have my exhaust fan. If I dont have a tracking number on Monday I'm calling the credit card company and disputing the charge.
 
Plumbing and ventilation through the walls. This was a LOT more work than it looks like or I thought it would be. Serious PITA.
Decided to re-do everything in Schd 80 too,..... freak'n stuff is expensive.

don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but why did you chose discus? I could think of many other species to keep other than that. Very nice set up, it seems that money is not an issue, if I were you, I'd have multiple set ups, and run all the water through the outside bog system for nitrate removal, and return through UV and carbon, to recycle water and have natural minerals replaced.
