I have 8 umbees in with 4 tinfoil Barbs and 9 clown loaches with no noticable agression aside from the umbees occasionally chasing each other...of course my biggest umbee may be 4" and they are in a tank with over 330 gallons of water...lol As with any aggressive large fish I'd say no to another single large fish. In a 190 it will just be a Target. If it's a female you might try a few medium sized fish, but never a guarantee. If it's a male I'd suggest a bigger tank.
