Undescribed Parachromis Species

Definately R jaguar juvies, the only way there not is if my old baby jaguar is the exact same species as yours. they truly are amazing to watch, they love to dig, and spit rocks, also the love killing other tankmates...mine was amazing but it died...(log killed it)-josh

Gotta love their Redeye, i think they like 420 too

Definetly...an opinion. As I stated before, the guys who collect literally thousands of these in the wild are not sure. Until the DNA tests come back, no one knows for sure.
 
any word on if Rusty's pair have spawned and if so any mention of what the fry look like? I'd think if that when they spawn if the fry all look relatively similar that would lessen the likelyhood of hybridization. ok, plus Rusty's only an hour south of me so if his pair had spawned I'd have to travel down there and try and get some of the fry of off him. :grinyes:

Not that I know of. We caught this fish in two different areas...more than likely the same Rio or tributary of the same. All fish looked the same.
