What would determine the pups being ugly? Blurry spots, or is it just personal preference?

Parent appearance is the best bet. There is really no way to tell how one will turn out. I’ll try to find pics I had of a hybrid years ago. Most would pass it off as a garbage hybrid but after 1 year it was stunning
