If your interested in this genus it's worth knowing the scientific names.It makes identification much easier.
The only difference you will find in firemouths(thorichthys meeki) will be one's with catch location,they will look basically the same but some may be redder or paler or more elongated depending on where they have evolved.But basically a firemouth is a firemouth.
