Lolz, it look like it shread slime coat os scales and making new ones as it grows, if you look at the last picture the pattern went back to normal but the color still pale.That really is strange, maybe its trying to rearrange its pattern to look like an ansorgii
Give it a conginana. Jk I have the same problem with my laps. One of the two just got washed out once he settled.

FYI @polygullible - just kidding. Lol. I have no idea what's going on. It's a anomaly. Curious to see how it will turn out. Your beefing up your polys quick.
Could this be caused by trying to blend in with the substrate to camouflage? I've never seen anything like this before with changing patterns. Polys are so cool.
