Just a quick question. How long do you spend in front of the tank each day? I have one tank that I have to pay attention too much more (not labor wise) in order for them to really venture around...

That is a good question, if you not around the tank a lot then they won't be as used to you as say someone who sits at their computer all day and their tank is next to their computer. Guilty...

lmao my tank is right next to my computer and I'm practically parked at this desk all day

Thats my situation, lol. If I look to my right I see my 75 and if I look to the right of my computer I can see my 20 gallon.

I might get my hands on a 75 gallon tank soon...my neighbor wants to upgrade to a 110 gallon and if he does he says he'd give me his tank.

it was either him or the blood parrot...the firemouth's too small and the convict just isn't as aggressive as the dempsey nor the blood parrot
 
so I decided to change the lighting in the tank...I put a marine glo bulb in there and now everything looks peaceful on the eyes...hopefully their activity will pick up within the next week or so.
