update: mata mata tank

Being a potential 26" Turtle, a Mata needs a whole lot more than that.......

Generally, only females will ever reach that size, I have had this guy for going onto 3 years and he has only grown an inch since I have had him despite him eating like a pig. They grow slowly so like I said before if it does get crowded I will get a bigger tank but for now they are all fine.

I still am not putting my finger in there to see! Nice turtle has always been my favorite since the first one I saw, an 18" er.

he has bit me and it did not hurt a bit. just scared the crap outta me.
