even experts have trouble raising baby gar, im not saying that you couldn't do it, im just saying it is very difficult
 
I would try a sponge filter with not too much current.
 
I know it's off the topic and I may get reprimanded but if someone doesn't like a thread or thinks a person is beneath another-then just don't reply!! Were supposed to be talking about fish-not insulting people's intelligence-por favor deja la gente en paz!

is a sponge filter the kind that can be submerged, and is transparent??? i never new the name

i have 2 and am getting another
 
good luck with your fry. I have had gar at 3" and it was actually easy to care for. I cant tell what size yours are. do you have any new pics?
 
I will post pics asap, as soon as i can get my moms camera lol
like u said, im sure itll be easy to take care of, once i get them food
and they grow

and i will look for the sponge filter, would they be at petsmart???
