Hahahaha just found this thread. Sounds like everybody knows Andrew pretty well. I'm blown away by his stock level in the 55. I felt horrible having my, at the time 10in, jaguar in a 55 by himself. Oh well some ppl may never learn but provide us with endless comical reading. I enjoyed this thread thank you andrew for being you. :screwy:

He doesn't list the size of the plecos, both are at 10"... My favorite thread of his was the one where he wanted to put 6 decent sized blue gill in this very tank when it was even more over stocked(he's killed some fish since then) and he killed all the bluegill before they even got to his tank.


One thing I'm confused about is the snapping turtle. I must have missed this thread, is it in his 55g as well? How did he get it? Size?

he found it with a yolk sack on his pond, grabbed it, then put it in a 3-5 gallon tank with snails and 2 goldfish or minnows or something...

He's in 2-3gal tank and it was roughly around 4ish".
 
I remember the bluegill thread too! The turtle he should have left in the wild where it belongs. Not in his death trap called an aquarium.

Poor thing, whats he plan to grow it out in? A 3 gal can't be used much longer then maybe 2" shell diameter.... And we all know how his plans to upgrade go. (refer back to his 500 gallon tank build thread, also refer back to where he wanted to slow down in the hobby and didn't want to upgrade anymore because of "girls".

I have been away from MFK for a couple months but are all his plans still ending in "if it doesn't work out i will just put it in my pond at my other house."
