Wow, cool. So you got a dat and an oscar, co-existing! So it is possible. Are there any aggression issues with them both?? Mostly peaceful with very little chasing? Awesome pic of Kitty! This is the first time I've seen someone that has both fish in the same tank. I'm planning on doing the same with my guys by putting them in a community of large fish, but they are still little. My dat's in a separate tank to grow until large enough.

Why did you think a Oscar tiger mix wouldn't work I haven't tried it but can see why it wouldn't work

My oscar and dat are peaceful and have absolutely no aggression towards each other. In fact they will both cruise the tank together side by side. I call them the bruisers. Lol
