Hey man i am in my 40's now the kids are pretty much gone and sorry Bro it does not stop when they get older just more expensive just like our taste in fishNo matter what there is always something coming up if you do it slowly and this is just my opinion when that awsome fish comes around that you been waiting 2 years for.You actually will have the room for one thing and the $$$$$$$$$ to buy it Heck we all want them all but it's just not reasonable unless i win the lotto nottttttttttBy the way guys nice to see a little action on the boards here it's been pretty dead for a while LOVE the updates Keep them comen....

Nah man, I love em, keep em coming! Inspiration for sure! When i first logged on to MFK, it was the Pbass pics that got me into keeping Cichla! Just keep postin em...those pics might just be the reason another future MFKr starts keepin Cichla! For me it was Dmack's Orinos, then R1_Ridah, and Jcardonas setups.

Thanks, it's a 180...but i'm on the hunt for their final home! Hopefully something in the 300 to 400+ range! Otherwise, my wifes just gonna have to deal with having an indoor pond!

Thanks Man! Lol, there used to be alot more aquascaping going on, but as they've grown, I had to keep removing more and more! But....it's all about the fish right?

Your Monos look great! And I too got the cichla bug from looking at pics here in the cichla media lounge. I honestly love the look and colorationon some the basic monos and ocell and of course the orinos more than some of the rarer cichla. Maybe that makes me crazy but its just what I like
