Update on my Potamotrygon Hystrix growth.

yes the mother was just over 2 years and the father(s) are about 9".

I guess that the pups are ~ 3" large, I have seen them smaller. This is the first time the mother gave birth, and its not uncommon that things go wrong because of this.

Those pups look to have some nice patterns waiting to come through,they do appear very transparent i really hope they do well for you.

At the moment there is only 1 surviving pup, and I don't believe she will make it either. I hope that the next time it goes better.

ahhh that is too bad. Did you see the male get her again?

I didn't see the male(s) getting her, but I believe it happened. The first day he was constantly biting her disc and now the rays are all settled down.
