update on wolf cichlid

yes it is lol.
Like i said my wolf cichlid loves beef heart,so im gonna take your advice and go to the store from now on.Is it true beefheart helps rapidly increase growth.

I know water changes do also.I do water changes every two weeks,because ive been busy at my new job.im trying to save up for that 265.
